Delivery changes
Starting May 1, 2023, Northside Pharmacies and Genesis Pharmacies will charge a $5 delivery fee on all same-day deliveries. There will be no deliveries on Saturdays.
Delivery guidelines
Free mail delivery and free pick up at all locations, including the 24/7 drive-thru at Genesis Taylor Pharmacy.
- $5 same-day delivery fee. No exceptions.
- FREE next-day delivery.
- Deliveries are Monday through Friday and must be prepaid, if applicable.
- Same-day delivery cut-off time is 3 p.m. for the Zanesville Stores (Genesis Taylor Pharmacy, Genesis Outpatient Pharmacy, Northside Maysville Pharmacy).
- Next-day delivery cut-off time is 5 p.m. for the Zanesville Stores (Genesis Taylor Pharmacy, Genesis Outpatient Pharmacy, Northside Maysville Pharmacy).
- No "deliver before" or "deliver after" times.
- Undeliverable items will be returned to Genesis Taylor Pharmacy, where you can pick them up until end-of-day, then to the originating pharmacy the next day.
- Same-day delivery cut-off time is 3 p.m. for Northside New Concord Pharmacy, Northside Somerset Pharmacy, Genesis Roseville Pharmacy.
- Next-day delivery cut-off time is 5:30 p.m. for Northside New Concord Pharmacy, Northside Somerset Pharmacy, Genesis Roseville Pharmacy.
